With experience across industries—from government and healthcare to manufacturing and the performing arts—she’s known for connecting the dots, building strong relationships, and making work better for both employees and clients. Her background in HR and natural knack for process improvement mean she's always looking for ways to smooth out the bumps—and yes, she genuinely loves budgeting. A classically trained pianist and vocalist, Allison thrives on supporting the smart, creative people doing smart creative work at RPS. She lives in Bloomington with her husband, James, and their two young daughters.
