Driven by a lifelong love of music and a belief in its power to connect and create change, Emily Frances has built a career at the intersection of creativity and business. After earning a degree in Music Industry Studies from Butler University, she spent several years at Live Nation at the largest concert venues in Indianapolis. She then joined Rock Paper Scissors, where she crafts thoughtful, strategic PR campaigns for music and tech companies working to empower artists. Outside of her role at RPS, Emily writes, records, produces, promotes, and tours her original music under the stage name Emma Peridot. She has opened for acts like Yung Gravy and Quinn XCII, and played major festivals like Mile of Music and Indianapolis Pride. Her perspective as an artist fuels every move, making her PR work personal, purposeful, and informed.
