AlgoRhythms: AI, Music, and Human-Centered Creativity

The Indiana University Jacobs School of Music—partnering with the Maurer School of Law, IU Innovates, Music Tectonics, and the AI+Digital Futures Team—announces AlgoRhythms 2026, March 26–28, 2026, on the Bloomington campus and online. The conference convenes artists, scholars, technologists, educators, and industry leaders to explore the evolving relationship between AI and music. AI is rapidly reshaping parts of the creative and professional landscape. The summit provides an opportunity to wrestle with questions about authorship, ownership, environmental impact, cultural disruption, business transformation, and the meaning of creativity itself.
