As Marketing Director, Eleanor stewards Rock Paper Scissors’ reputation as a leading creative PR & marketing firm. She is especially proud of helping to build Music Tectonics from its first conference and podcast episodes in 2019 into a thriving community of music tech innovators. Marketing lets Eleanor use the diverse skills in problem solving, research, design, and writing that she acquired over an eclectic career. A dozen years in the academic world earned her a PhD in Classics and honed her communication skills. Writing for arts & heritage organizations and then for RPS introduced her to PR, the music industry, and marketing. To each project, she brings boundless curiosity and contagious enthusiasm for learning new things. Off the clock, Eleanor loves hiking in Southern Indiana, reading, trying new crafts, and exploring 19th century history through writing and podcasting.
