As Head of Events at Rock Paper Scissors, Shayli plans and executes the annual Music Tectonics Conference in addition to monthly virtual roundtables featuring industry professionals. In her role, she oversees the programming of innovative panels, partnerships, and event logistics, bringing together key players in the music industry with a focus on amplifying underrepresented voices in the industry. Beyond conference planning, Shayli facilitates meaningful conversations at key industry events, including SXSW and Music Biz. A true force of nature, she is able to lead creative sales initiatives, gather people in meaningful ways, and pivot quickly when needed.
